PROCUREMENT SERVICES MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to conduct the purchasing function in a manner which results in obtaining the most efficient and effective use of District funds. Our desire is to foster effective broad-based competition for District procurement within the free enterprise system. We believe this will ensure fair and equitable treatment of all persons who deal with the District’s procurement system. It will promote increased public confidence in that system and provide safeguards for the maintenance of quality and integrity. The conduct of our office will be accomplished in accordance with ethical practices of the purchasing profession.
