It is the policy of the District’s Board of Trustees to ensure that small, woman or minority business enterprises are afforded the opportunity to fully participate in the overall procurement process of the District.
OSMBA Certification as a Minority Business Enterprise involves completing their Certification Application and providing the required documents listed on the Check-Off List on page 5.

District Procurement Services schedules MBE Assistance Presentations throughout the year. These presentations are designed to promote the growth and development of small, woman and minority owned businesses primarily in Sumter County, but MBE vendors from other SC counties are welcome to participate as well.
